Boucle gravel de la baie d’Authie à la baie de la Canche Cet itinéraire gravel de 62 km vous amènera de la gare SNCF de Rang-du-Fliers-Verton à celle d’Étaples-Le Touquet. Une version, un peu plus longue, vous permet de faire une boucle jusqu’à la première gare. Le parcours vous guide de la baie d’Authie à la baie de la Canche au plus près des plages de sable fin et des zones dunaires les plus étendues (et réputées) de la côte d’Opale via des chemins reculés et des routes tranquilles. Après 11 km parcourus au cœur des étangs de Waben et de Conchil-le-Temple, vous atteindrez la baie d’Authie, le château du Pas d’Authie et la passerelle du Pont-à-Cailloux située sur l’itinéraire de La Vélomaritime (EuroVelo 4). Plutôt que de franchir cette dernière et de passer dans le département de la Somme, vous resterez rive droite de l’Authie pour profiter du spectacle sublime de la baie via 7 km de sentier. Vous traverserez le charmant petit port de La Madelon et atteindrez le point de vue du Bec du Perroquet. L’environnement urbain de Berck vous mènera jusqu’au Centre nautique et à la pointe du Mignot (km 27) située à l’embouchure de l’Authie. D’ici, vous pourrez observer des colonies de phoques gris et de veaux marins à marée basse. Vous longerez ensuite l’Esplanade de Berck, le long de la plage, puis, à la sortie de la ville, vous retrouverez le secteur des dunes puis l’abord du parc d’attraction de Bagatelle. Vous effectuerez les traversées de Merlimont-Plage et de Stella-Plage en retrait du littoral. Vous arriverez au Touquet par son golf. Arrivé au Touquet, vous y apercevrez la statue du Caddy du Touquet-Paris-Plage (km 51), emblème local dont on a célébré les 100 ans en 2025. Contemplez le centre-ville, ses grands hôtels, et son architecture de prestige avant d’arriver en bord de mer où vous rejoindrez la Route en Corniche, voie verte au cœur des dunes.
